Brief History of Nalfem Consult

Nalfem Consult begun actual operations in 2018 with 3 employees and has since grown its work force to over 700 in 2024. The Company has successfully recruited and outsourced for reputable companies in the Shipping & Maritime, Construction, Manufacturing, Agribusiness, and corporate sectors.

In just four years, the Company has become a one-stop shop for HR solutions. To keep up with global HR industry trends, the Company has begun implementing swift technological advancements to provide expedited processes.

The Company’s recruitment processes and employee management are currently being processed on the Zoho platform.
